The Faculty
The Faculty of History came into being in 1992 as a result of a decision to divide the Faculty of Philosophy and History into two separate faculties.
At present it includes the Institute of Archeology, the Institute of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, the Institute of History, the Institute of Art History, the Institute of Musicology and the Chair in Jewish Studies.
