From September 19 to 22, 2011 the Polish Collegiate Sailing Championship was held in Wikilasy. More than 70 crews from 37 universities participated in the competition, which included 6 qualifiers and 5 finals. The first place was taken by the Jagiellonian University team consisting of Piotr Rzepecki (skipper), Barbara Adamek and Wojciech Kamiński, who, on the first day of the finals, managed to defeat the crews from the University of Gdańsk and the University of Warmia and Mazury.  

Thanks to this victory, the JU crew will represent Poland at the Student Yachting World Cup 2011.
