Prof. dr. hab. Wojciech Mach from the Jagiellonian University was presented with the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta by the President of Poland, Bronisław Komorowski for his contribution to the European integration and great services rendered to the Polish state and society. The presentation ceremony took place on 1 May 2014, on the 10th anniversary of Poland's accession to the European Union.
