On Friday, 23 May 2014, Prof. Stanisław Kistryn, JU Vice-Rector for Research and Structural Funds received a delegation from the Jiangsu Science and Technology Department and representatives of Chinese medical companies from the Jiangsu province. The participants met in the Senate Room and discussed future cooperation. Prof. Maciej Małecki, JU Rector's Proxy for Research and Development at the Medical College as well as Prof. Tomasz Guzik, Prof. Tadeusz Marek, Prof. Adam Dubin and Dr Radosław Rudź represented the Jagiellonian University. Prof. Wojciech Nowak, JU Rector, greeted the guests. The meeting included a general presentation of the University and the activities of Małopolska Centre of Biotechnology and the Centre for Innovations, Technology Transfer and University Development.
